Signs you need to dedicate some extra time to fighting inflammation include: persistent joint pain, frequent digestive issues, skin problems like acne or eczema, regular headaches, and brain fog.

One of my most favorite (and delicious) ways to combat inflammation is by incorporating anti-inflammatory smoothies into your diet! These nutrient-packed drinks are not only tasty but also loaded with ingredients known for their inflammation-fighting properties. Here are some top recipes for you to try:

🍇 Berry Blast Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 tsp. honey (optional)

Benefits:

  • Berries: Rich in antioxidants and vitamins, berries help reduce inflammation and protect cells from damage.

  • Spinach: Contains vitamin E and polyphenols that have anti-inflammatory effects.
